Refund policy

30-Night Guarantee

Use any Unknot product every evening for 30 nights after delivery. If it hasn't made a noticeable difference, email hello@deskunknot.com with your order number and we'll refund the full product price. You don't need to ship it back.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost or refund you — your choice.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, we'll reship or refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. After that the order has usually entered fulfillment; the 30-night guarantee still applies once it arrives.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
