Products

Unknot products are wellness and comfort accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have an injury, are pregnant, or have a medical condition affecting your neck or spine, consult a clinician before use. Stop use if you feel pain.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments.

Shipping and returns

Accuracy

We try to keep descriptions and images accurate. Colors may vary slightly by screen. If we've made an error on price or availability, we may cancel and refund the order.

Limitation of liability
